Makes:

No cooking

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1/4 cup of organic rolled oats

1/3 cup of vegetable milk of choice or kefir

1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt (if not using kefir)

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of turmeric

Instructions:

Add all the dry ingredients to a small bowl or small mason jar.

Then add the liquid ingredients and finish with spices.

Mix it well and let it in the fridge overnight.

In the morning add some fresh fruit and nuts.

I like mine with blueberries and walnuts!
