Meet Anna
Hello! My name is Anna Resende, founder of Mamma Terra Health Coaching LLC; I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certified by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition – IIN.
With a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, I have worked for 25 years in the manufacturing industry, most of the time with continuous improvement. After working at five different plants between Brazil and the United States I have finally found the branch of continuous improvement that most resonates with me: to improve peoples’ health and well-being. As a health coach, I can use my passion for nutrition and a healthy lifestyle to help my clients discover their best, healthier selves.

Summer Camp
Public: For kids ages 8 - 10
Program Length: Available for 2 weeks in 2025
Camp Goal: Connect kids back to nature with lots of outside time. Have them experience the benefits of wellness practices like breathing exercises, meditation, gratitude, forest bathing, mindful movement, and mindful eating. Teach them life skills like gardening and plant-based cooking.

Public: Freshman at risk
Program Length: 6 months – 1 year
Program Goal: Reduce dropout rates by supporting students with stress management technics like forest bathing, meditation, mindful movement, and sleep hygiene besides nutrition and lifestyle education.
