Makes:

2 cups

Prep Time:
10 minutes
Blend Time:

3 – 4 minutes

Ingredients:

2 unpitted dates

1 ripe banana

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp sunflower kernels

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp grounded flaxseeds

1/3 cup frozen black cherries

1/4 cup raw cashew nuts

2/3 cup almond or coconut milk (if using coffee use 1/3 cup)

1/3 cup of leftover coffee (optional)

Instructions:

Just throw everything in a good high-speed blender.

Blend it for 2 minutes or more to have a smooth consistency.
