2 waffles

4 minutes in the waffle maker



  • 2 tbsp of freshly grinded flax seeds
  • 12 tbs of water



  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup oat flour 
  • 1/3 cup almond flour 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk


Grind the flax seeds and place the flour in a small bowl.

Add the water and reserve. Let it sit to thicken – this is your vegan egg.

In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix them well.

Add the wet ingredients finishing with the vegan egg.

Mix well and place half of the batter at a time into a waffle maker.
