Makes:

2 regular waffles

Prep Time:
15 minutes
Cook Time:

4 minutes per waffle

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 pinch salt

1 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/3 cup almond flour

1/3 cup oat flour

1/3 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbs grounded flaxseeds

2/3 cup almond or coconut milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

Add the eggs to a bowl.

Stir in the melted coconut oil and the pinch of salt.

Add all the other dry ingredients and finish with the liquids (milk and maple syrup) – it is going to make a firm batter.

Add half of the batter to a waffle maker at a time. It takes about 4 minutes in my waffle maker.

Top it with your favorite fruits and nuts.

Enjoy!
