Ingredients:
Add 3 cups of water to a mason jar.
Add the dates to the water and take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours to hydrate.
After the date is soft, add all ingredients to a blender and mix for a maximum of 30 seconds.
Use a fine mesh strainer or a cheesecloth to remove the solids.
Save the pulp to use in another recipe (for example the Healthy Brownie or any of my Waffles)
Enjoy!
P.S.: The secret to a perfect oat milk is to use ice-cold water and blend a minimum as the heat makes the oats sticky.
Remember that homemade milk does not contain any preservatives so plan to use your oat milk within 5 – 6 days.
