12 minutes in the grill

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp grounded mustard seeds
  • salt
  • black pepper
  •  

Instructions:

Prep the marinate adding all the ingredients but the mushrooms.

Separate the mushrooms and bathe the pieces in the marinate.

Add one by one the pieces of mushroom to the skewer packing them firmly together.

Grill them for 4 minutes at a time and change sides until it’s golden brown.
