10 minutes in the stove top

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint of oyster mushroom, sliced
  • 1 tbs tamari sauce
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 cup of sliced onion
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup of sliced cauliflower
  • Salt and Pepper for seasoning
  •  

Instructions:

Slice the mushrooms and add the seasonings.

Slice the peppers and cauliflower, coat them with olive oil, sprinkle some salt, and roast them for 30 minutes at 400F.

In a skillet, add the olive oil and then the onions. Sauté them for 2-4 minutes.

Add the Mushrooms and let them shrink.

Once the vegetables are nicely roasted (with signs of brown), add them to the mushrooms.
