Makes:

about 15-18 balls

No cooking

Ingredients:

1 cup of rolled oats

1 cup of peanut butter or almond butter (no sugar added)

1 cup of dried cranberries

1/2 cup of raw honey

1/2 cup of crushed almonds

1/2 cup of crushed pistachios

Coconut flakes for decoration

Cocoa powder for decoration

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.

With a spoon, scoop the mixture and roll it into a ball of roughly one inch in diameter.

Roll the balls on cocoa powder or coconut flakes for decoration.

Store in the fridge.
