Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1 Big tomato, diced
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 Red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbs of Extra Virgen Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper for seasoning
Instructions:
Dice and chop all the ingredients and add them to a big bowl.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix gently.
