Makes:

2 waffles

4 min in the waffle maker

Dry Ingredients:

1/3 cup almond flour

1/3 cup of oats flour

1/3 cup of rolled oats

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp flax meal (freshly grinded flax seeds)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp of cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

1 banana, mashed

1 tbsp coconut oil

2/3 cup of vegetable milk of choice

Instructions:

Prep your vegan egg: Add 3 tablespoons of water to each tablespoon of flax meal. Mix well and let sit for 3 – 5 minutes to thicken.

Mix all the dry ingredients in one large bowl.

In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients.

Pour the dry mixture over the wet.

Lastly, add the vegan egg and mix well.

Pour 2/3 cup at a time into the waffle maker. 

Enjoy!

P.S.: You can add one small shredded apple to it to add a fall flavor.
