4 ripe bananas

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Instructions:

Pre heat the over at 350F.

In a medium bowl, smash the bananas until you get a smooth cream.

Add all the other ingredients mixing well with a whisk.

Bake it for 20 – 30 minutes or until the crust is formed – remember the inside is moist.

It lasts 3 to 4 days only so, plan to eat it or store in the fridge.

P.S.: If you need to use the by-product pulp from your vegetal milk, this is the perfect recipe. You can use oat or any nut pulp. If doing so, reduce the amount of almond flour accordingly.
