Cooking Time:

30 – 40 minutes

Ingredients:

1 pack of your pasta of choice*

1 bar of Feta cheese

1 pint of cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves

Salt and Pepper to season

Olive oil

Instructions:

Pre heat the oven at 400oF.

Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.

Put the Feta cheese in the middle of a medium glass dish.

Pour the pint of cherry tomatoes around it.

Sprinkle salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake it for 30 minutes.

Once the tomatoes are soft, take them from the oven and mix the tomatoes with the cheese.

Add the fresh basil leaves and mix more.

Lastly, add the pasta and mix gently.
